Welcome to Residence Du Lac forum

This forum was established to allow exchange of views, ideas, feelings and information in regards to the ownership of flats at the Resedence Du Lac “leaseback” project in Divonne-Les-Bains.
I understand the majority of the owners are French and of course they are welcome to participate in the forum (one can easily translate any text using Google translator - http://translate.google.co.uk/ and get good idea of was written in a document).
I have created this forum as I can not fully understand and follow the happening at the property, since the lease was transfer from the original lease holder (Residhotel) to Quietude-Evasion and now they also forfeit the lease and went bankrupt.
As far as I understand, following the unwinding of Quietude-Evasion, one of the flat owners, Mr. Thomas Lubrano, saw the business potential of the property and began actively coordinating the transition from Quietude-Evasion through an association (Association Résidence du Lac) and he is arranging to take over the lease of the property and manage the lease through company he established (ZENITUDE HOTEL RESIDENCES)
Maybe it is the language barrier that prevents me/us from following the process but I got the feeling that many flat owners are in the same position of slightly left in the dark.
I was trying to search to check that there is no active French forum for this project, and as far as I can find there is not. If this is not the case, please somebody update me in this forum.
Please feel free to add any information and views that might benefit other flat owners and the project.
